How To Change The Language On Your Account

If you wish to change the language that your Knowledgehook account appears in, please follow this guide. The position of the options will be in the same place for every language.

Please click on the icon in the top right of your Knowledgehook website. This can be like the icon shown or it can appear as your name.

In the menu that drops down, choose Account Settings.

In the Account Settings menu, Language will always be in the fourth position from the bottom. This is helpful if your account is in a language you do not understand and you need to change it.

Click on the Change button on the Language option and it will have a small drop-down menu where you can choose which language to change to. The language your account is currently in will not be listed.

Once you click on the language you want, your account will automatically change to that language.

Your student have English set as language but still seeing French?

The student has the option to choose the website language at the bottom of the login page. They most likely switched this to French at the bottom of their joinkh.com page. Just make sure they change that to English and the outside webpage before they log in will turn back to English. If the student logs in and the inside of her account is French, but the Missions are English, that means they individually changed their account settings to French and you would change them back to English in the account settings menu.
