Add Existing Student Accounts to My ClassOS Pro Class

• Students must already have a Knowledgehook account from another class or a previous year.

• Have your Class Code ready to share with students.

• Registration must be enabled in your new ClassOS Pro class so students can join.

Students with existing accounts can join your class without creating a new account. They will add your class from their account and enter your Class Code.

• Students keep using their existing Knowledgehook accounts.

• Students select Join a Class from the menu in the top-right corner after signing in.

• Students enter your Class Code to add the ClassOS Pro class to their account.

1. Make sure registration is enabled in your new class settings.

2. Give students your Class Code.

3. Have students sign in to their existing Knowledgehook accounts.

4. Ask students to open the menu in the top-right corner and select Join a Class.
   

5. Have students enter your Class Code.
   

6. Confirm that the students have joined your ClassOS Pro class.

Students can add your new class to an existing account by using Join a Class and entering your Class Code. Knowledgehook does not provide a feature to move or transfer students between classes.

If a student needs to be placed in a different class, remove the student from the first class and have them join the second class using that class's code. Students will start fresh in the new class.
