To change your password, or anything related to your account settings, login to your account and click on the dropdown in the upper right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown Select "Account Settings"
In "Account Settings" you can change your password, email, and other information related to your account.
Click on "edit" on the Password row and you will be given the following screen (below) to change your password. Remember to hit "Save Changes" before closing!
To reset your password, navigate to our login page. First, click on Teacher/Admin.
On the next page, you’ll be asked to enter the email address on your account. Please keep in mind that the email address is unique and must be the exact email address you entered on class creation. If you use Google API to log in, this may be different then your regular school email.
Once you enter your email address, the next page will ask you for your password. At the bottom of the page is the Reset Password option. Click on that link to be sent a password automatically to the email address you entered on the previous page.
This will then show a confirmation page that the password reset email is on the way if you have an account under the email address you first entered.
Please check your email for a Reset Password Email from Knowledgehook. This can take a few minutes to arrive. Make sure to not request another reset password email while you wait or it will cause the first reset password request to be canceled.
The email will have an easy button to push that will take you back to the Reset Password page. There, you will just be asked to enter your new password and then it will automatically log you in with the new password!
