Some users experience problems with Knowledgehook because they have older files loaded in their web browser. Clearing your cache erases these old files so the new ones get loaded.
The steps differ for each browser, so please select the browser you're using.
- Safari on iPhone or iPad
- Any browser on a Windows/Mac computer (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)
- Technology Requirements and older browsers
After clearing your cache, you will need to log in to Knowledgehook again, and the latest files will be loaded.
Whitelisting domains
In addition, some school networks block certain websites, and that may interfere with Knowledgehook working properly. You can ask your IT administrators to whitelist these domains:

Identifying a Cache Issue
Students are getting error codes when they log in on an ipad. That just means the device is holding an old version of the webpage and not updating. You would need to clear Safari's cache and cookies, then restart the device and it should work fine.
Students cannot see missions and/or mission are not loading.
Screen just continually buffers when trying to log in. Shows a Blue circle, white screen or just cycles.
Students are unable to see activities while using an iPad but it works fine when they access it on a laptop.
Other Issues
If your having trouble with the view of Knowledgehook I.E. It is continually zoomed in, when you're on the webpage, can you hold CNTRL and then use your middle mouse button and roll it towards you.
If multiple-choice pictures are not appearing correctly something on the device may blocking the images. This could be a parental filter, an adblocker, or a block by the internet connection to load the images. Once that block is lifted, the questions should be complete again.
If a student cant see missions or gets old data, the student may be using Google to sign in when the class is not Google imported, so they use the class code, but then hit the Google button after, and they log into their old class instead of the new one.
Student may have logged in with the wrong account if they cant see missions assigned
The student is using a device with Chrome v76 - 2019-07-30. It is an outdated version that comes with security risks. Here is an article on how to upgrade your Chrome Browser: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
Student logged into their account and there is someone else’s name on the account?
This can happen if the student is using a device used by a previous student and the student didn't log out. It will just use the login page as a bookmark but go into the account that's already currently logged in
