Knowledgehook Parents App

A Step-by-Step Guide

The new Knowledgehook Parents App allows you to actively participate in your child's learning journey by tracking their progress and celebrating their achievements. Here’s a simple guide to get started:

1. Receiving the Email Invite

When your child’s teacher invites you to join the class, you will receive an email to verify your email address. Click on the Verify Email button, which will redirect you to a confirmation screen.

• Important: You will also receive a second email simultaneously. After verifying your email, click on the Join Your Child's Journey button in the second email. This will take you to the profile setup screen.

2. Setting Up Your Profile

Once you’ve clicked the button in the second email, you'll be directed to complete your profile. After filling in the necessary details, you'll be taken to the home screen of the Parents App.

3. Navigating the Home Screen

On the home screen, you can click on your child’s name to view their learning progress.

4. Viewing Milestones

To follow along with all the milestones your child is working on, click the View All Milestones button. Milestones that your child has completed will have a gold cup next to them. 

• Click View next to each milestone to see detailed information about the questions your child answered, including which ones were answered correctly or incorrectly.

5. Checking Skills/Badges and Progress Statements

At the bottom of the screen, click on Profile to view the Skills/Badges your child has earned. You can also see the “I Can” progress statements, which outline the learning objectives your child is working towards.
