Teachers have the ability to unlink a parent from a student account.
This should happen in the case that the student has used their personal email as their "parent" email or if the parent has requested for the email to be unlinked.
In your Teacher account, click on the Parents tab.
Once on the Parents page, click the three dots next to the parent's email and select "Remove parent".
I accidentally put a parent email on the wrong student. Is it possible to remove?
We don't have a way to unsend the invitation and remove the parent as it's sent via email. If the parent accepts, you will have the option to remove them. If they do not accept, they won't have any way to see any information.
