Upgrading an existing class to ClassOS Pro

• Use this process if you have received a Knowledgehook ClassOS Pro class redemption code and want to upgrade an existing class.

• If your school board has unlimited ClassOS Pro licenses, your class may be upgraded automatically when you use your board-approved domain with an official board school.

• Have your ClassOS Pro redemption code available if your board does not provide automatic upgrades.

Upgrading an existing class adds ClassOS Pro access to that class. Your existing class remains available, and students continue using the same class login process.

Important: Students do not need new login instructions after the upgrade. They continue to go to joinkh.com and enter their class code.

1. From the control bar at the top of the page, click the Knowledgehook logo to navigate to the class page.

2. Open the Class Management screen.

3. Click Upgrade.

4. Enter your ClassOS Pro redemption code.

5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the upgrade.

2. Knowledgehook will upgrade your class automatically when the school board license applies.

1. Students go to joinkh.com.

2. Students enter the class code for the existing class.

3. Students log in using their existing Knowledgehook credentials.
