Principal Leadership:
- Principals lead and support teachers.
- Use the School Dashboard to track and discuss progress.

Three Steps Over 4-6 Weeks:

Identify Focus Areas:
- Look at the data on the School Dashboard.
- Choose key areas that need improvement.
- Create a short test (pre-assessment) to see where students are struggling.

Plan and Act:
- Review test results to find gaps in knowledge.
- Use available resources to support teaching.
- Provide extra help (interventions) to students.

Evaluate and Reflect:
- Test students again (post-assessment) to see improvements.
- Discuss what worked and what didn’t.
- Plan the next cycle of improvements.
