How do I access Knowledgehook tutoring services for my child?

Good news! If your child’s school district has subscribed to Knowledgehook’s Question Help Plus program, your child has access to some tutoring services at no cost to you. 

If your child is struggling with a question on the Knowledgehook platform, they can request Question Help with the click of a button.

A specialized math tutor will then prepare a video solution of a similar question to help your child understand the mathematical concept they are struggling with. When the video is ready, your child will receive a notification in their Knowledgehook account. 

The Question Help video will remain visible to your child for the duration of the school year. 

Additional tutoring services:

If you would like access to additional tutoring services offered on the Knowledgehook platform, they are available through a subscription to Knowledgehook After School. 

With a Knowledgehook After School subscription, you can access classroom-connected math support, including Math Huddles to help your child close gaps, and increase their confidence in math class.  You will also receive updates on their progress and their math journey, and can send them digital cheers to celebrate their successes!
