Knowledgehook Question Help Plus program
For teachers in districts who have subscribed to the Question Help Plus program, your students gain access to classroom-connected math support in an anonymous setting.
We understand that many students are uncomfortable asking for help in class due to the fear of being stigmatized. We also understand that many students require help after school hours, and may not have the means or resources required to access the support they need.
If your school board has subscribed to Question Help Plus, our OCT-certified tutors are here to help! When you assign your students Missions to complete, or they complete Solve at Home math questions on the Knowledgehook platform, if they have difficulty with a question, they can request Question Help with the click of a button.
A specialized math tutor will then prepare a video solution of a similar question to help your student understand the mathematical concept they are struggling with. When the video is ready, they will receive a notification in their Knowledgehook account.
The Question Help Video will remain visible to your students for the duration of the school year.
You can access which students requested help and for which questions by clicking on the REPORTS page, then on the HELP REQUESTS tab.
