Subscription Changes
We currently do not support changing your subscription plan, but you have the ability to cancel your current plan and wait until that plan reaches it's end date. When it expires, you can sign up again for a new plan under the terms you are interested in.

Subscription Renewal
When you sign up for Knowledghook Home, you agree to an actively renewing subscription program.
Subscriptions will renew at the next billing period. This will occur in recurring intervals determined by the plan you chose when you signed up. This can be monthly, semi-annually, or yearly. The payment will be charged to the payment method you chose when first signing up.
You must cancel your subscription before the next date of renewal if you do not wish to be charged for another billing period. Unless a membership subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date, it is understood that you authorize us to charge you for the renewal of the membership subscription, using the same method of payment chosen at the time of the initial purchase.

Subscription Refunds
No refunds will be provided after purchase or renewal of a Knowledgehook Home subscription.
