Some users experience problems with Knowledgehook because they have older files loaded in their web browser. Clearing your cache erases these old files so the new ones get loaded.

The steps differ for each browser, so please select the browser you're using.

  1. Safari on iPhone or iPad
  2. Any browser on a Windows computer (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)

After clearing your cache, you will need to log in to Knowledgehook again, and the latest files will be loaded.

Whitelisting domains

In addition, some school networks block certain websites, and that may interfere with Knowledgehook working properly. You can ask your IT administrators to whitelist these domains:
