If Knowledgehook isn't working in your web browser, it may help to check for Console errors. This is where the web browser shows errors that are occurring and helps us identify the problem you're experiencing.

If you are on a Windows computer, you can press the F12 key to expose this control panel at the bottom of your screen:

If you don't have an F12 key, you can right-click anywhere on the webpage and select Inspect or Inspect Element:

Click on the Console tab at the top of this panel. Then you may see some error messages below.

You can copy-and-paste those error messages and e-mail them to us at [email protected], or send a screenshot, so we can identify the issue.
